Since then, Heather has worked with a wide variety of clients; from infants to professional athletes, and every-body in between! She believes in working closely with her clients to create realistic treatment plans, both in clinic and at home. Heather treats using a variety of modalities including: general Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and various stretching techniques. Dr. Julie Kruis has been a licensed doctor of chiropractic in Ontario since 2001, bringing a wealth of experience in chiropractic care and personal injury treatment. She holds a certification in concussion management through CCMI. Additionally, Dr. Kruis has extensive expertise as a soft tissue therapist, which enhances her ability to provide comprehensive care to her patients.

Over the past 25 years, Dr. Kruis has been actively involved with her community and various athletic groups. She served on the medical team for the World Cycling Championships in 2003 and supported the Subaru Triathlon Series for five years (2001-2006). Her commitment to community service continued as she volunteered at the Pan Am Games in 2013 and most recently for the Canada Games 2022 in the Niagara Region.
